Rachel joined PACT's staff in August of 2016 as an Associate Organizer. In the fall of 2018, she advanced to Executive Director/Lead Organizer. Passionate about the social impact of religious communities, Rachel earned Bachelor's Degrees in Global Development and Religious Studies from the University of Virginia. Prior to PACT, she worked for the Department of Advancement at the University of Virginia.

Paul joined PACT's staff in July of 2018. He previously served as the Pastor of Youth and Community-Based Ministries at Overflow Church in Benton Harbor, Michigan and pastored at Oakland City Church. Paul earned a Master’s of Divinity from Duke Divinity School and a Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communication from Calvin College. He and his wife Tamar are blessed with two beautiful boys, Micah and Amos.
Joseph joined PACT staff in January 2021. Born and raised in Townsend, MA, he graduated from Saint Anselm College with a degree in Economics. After college, he served one year with the Rostro de Cristo foundation in Duran, Ecuador, followed by two more years in Duran with the Vida Digna Foundation, where he managed a woodworking shop, teaching carpentry to teens and adolescents.
